I finally gave up. It was 6:30 AM, I hadn’t fallen asleep since the baby woke up at 4:30 and I was getting frustrated. So, I did what any other person my age would do – I got up and turned on the computer. After checking my email, I, naturally, checked my facebook page. After only a couple of minutes of grazing through people’s profiles my chat box popped up. A very good friend of mine was online. I’ll call her “Sarah” for privacy purposes. It had been almost a year since we had spoken and it was seriously a miracle that we were awake and online at the same time. You see, Sarah’s on the other side of the world teaching English in South Korea and our schedules don’t exactly match. After chatting for a while on facebook, we somehow came to the realization that she had not yet seen my four month old little boy. So, we took the next step into the world of video phone! Ha! Ha! Technology! We turned to skype. I showed off the baby and we caught up on some of the amazing things as well as some of the everyday things going on in our lives. Maybe ten minutes into our conversation, she interrupted me to tell me that another friend of ours was actually trying to contact her on skype as well. So, we had a conference call! It made me feel very high tech, kinda special actually. Anyway, that’s beside the point. What’s amazing is that this other friend of ours (I’ll call her “Ellen”) is also on the other side of the world from me. She recently moved to Copenhagen, Denmark to be part of a church there. Of course, we all grew up together and, at first, we didn’t think much of it. But, a little while into our conversation we realized something. There we were, talking to each other, via the internet, on THREE different continents! We began remembering conversations we had in our high school days, just wondering, dreaming, about the places we could go and the things we could do for the Kingdom of God. And it hit us – we are living in those dreams! It may only be the beginning, but we’re seeing the dreams that God has placed on our hearts come into fruition. And to think, there’s so much more!

We want to hear your voice! That’s why we would like to welcome you to share your God dreams, thoughts, and ambitions with us and those who check out this site. Whether you’re living in your dreams or you feel like your dreams are miles away, we’d love to hear from you. Who knows, maybe someone will read it and know how to help you make those dreams a reality! Take the challenge! Be dangerous and dream with your eyes open!
