I was just thinking about my future plans- which aren't really that far in the future- they are more like within the next few years. And I thought "Whoa. The responses ranged from Professional Basketball player in Europe, Millionaire by age 27, to teacher and mother of many adopted children. The one common theme was that the Kingdom of God was central to their dreams. When young people dream they don't dream with eyes shut but with open eyes of hope and faith. Our job as older "brothers and sisters" is to help make sure the eyes of their hearts remain enlightened, so that they will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints. Take a moment to connect a young person to Christ and the dream of God will be made real in their lives and the Kingdom of God will expand.
